Yes. The card adds straight to Apple Wallet on any iPhone. No separate app, no App Store visit.
Yes. The card adds to Google Wallet on any Android phone with the Google Wallet app, which comes preinstalled on most devices.
Apple Wallet is built into every iPhone. Google Wallet comes preinstalled on most Android phones, or is a free one-time download from the Play Store. Neither is something we ask a customer to set up.
Staff open the scanner from the WalletOS dashboard on any phone's camera, no separate hardware needed. It reads the pass's QR or barcode and updates it instantly.
Yes. Upload your logo, set your brand colors, pick a cover image and stamp icon. Every customer's wallet card reflects your branding, not ours.
Their pass shows the reward is ready to redeem. Staff confirm it at the next visit, and the card resets for the next loyalty cycle.
